The VP of Sales will be responsible for the following, but will also have the opportunity to enhance the role by bringing ideas to fellow executive team members to help further the purpose, cause, and passion of the company.

  • Reports to EVP of Sales and Business Development as a senior team member responsible for delivering company and client revenue goals and sales objectives.
  • Design and manage sales forecasts, client expectations, and opportunity pipelines; working closely with the client and the Kaul Sales Partners team.
  • Lead client engagement manager serving as the bridge between the client and the Kaul Sales Partners strategy, prospecting, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Design and execute consultative key account sales strategies to create, develop and close “latent” as well as “active” sales opportunities.
  • Work as a team with the Kaul Sales Partners Business Development Directors throughout the lead to opportunity prospecting and nurture stages.

Capabilities and Experience

  • Proven track record closing complex deals with mid-market and large multinational corporations
  • Hands-on experiences as a senior sales executive in multiple industries
  • A heavy focus of sales experience in B2B markets
  • Proven skills in prospect qualifying and complex closing
  • Expertise in using and teaching others a formal complex sales methodology
  • Metrics-driven, keeps detailed notes, success-focused and driven to win
  • Strategic thinker with a willingness to dive into details when the situation requires
  • A servant leader approach that makes people want to follow you
  • Able to handle total transparency with clients and forge true partnerships
  • Strong ability to work with a variety of technology and data solutions
